Hosted by 67 year old Rwakatungu Caleb who incidentally lost his sight gradually until total blindness 8 years ago. At the verge of being useless to himself while bed-ridden in his Kabale Municipality residence, he has opted to fight off and defeat the challenge by deploying is past experiences, talents and enthusiasm in rural development, situation analysis and social services by setting up and implementing this NIGAAHE Kigezi project.
